General Commission
Start the process by purchasing products through our online webstore. This works like any other online purchase and will guide you through the forms and payment via PayPal.

Projects
Projects and custom orders can be discussed through e-mail or our Twitter DMs.
NDAs and any other paperwork can be signed before discussing details.
Invoices will be sent directly to your email or via link. Alternatively, a PDF invoice can be created.

General Commission

For orders through our online webstore, first correspondence will be sent out once the first draft is completed or if we have further questions regarding the commissions. This can take anywhere between a day to a few weeks. From there, you will be guided through the revision process by a manager.

Projects
A personal manager is assigned to the project and will send small updates as we complete them. Our managers will clearly guide you through the revision process to create something you love!

Once a commission is completed, we will confirm with you that it is indeed finalized. All files will be sent over through a google drive link, as well as some notes about setting up the new assets up if necessary. Our managers are happy to help with any other issues you may have!
We will also confirm dates of when Negai Lab should post our showcase for the work.
